Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) program at Texila American University (TAU) is offered through the College of Nursing. The BSN degree program paves the foundation for a fulfilling and rewarding career as a Nurse in the healthcare sector.
A major objective of the BSN nursing program is to develop competent nurses. TAU's 4-year long BSN program in the Caribbean is designed to create nurses who can act responsibly and enhance the effectiveness of nursing care.
This nursing degree in the Caribbean is meant to impart students with the following abilities:

Students who have completed 'O' level or High School with at least one subject in Science can apply for this 4-year BSN program.
- Students with 'A' level or Higher Secondary School Certificate with Biology and Chemistry subjects are eligible to be enrolled directly into the 2nd year of the 4-year BSN program

How long does the admission procedure take place?
The Admissions Officer (AO) at TAU will send an Acknowledgment of Receipt within two weeks of receiving your application. After ensuring that you have sent a complete application with all the required documents, the university will get your documents verified. Subsequently, a decision for a possible interview will be taken within the next two weeks. Once the interview takes place, you will be informed of the final decision within the next two weeks.
